It’s time to make some serious changes around Yucaipa, starting with recalling the entire city council. We need people who will not waste tax dollars on roundabouts (when the entire town needs sidewalks on every street) and striping city streets and supporting projects from an ancient city plan like a 100,000 square foot warehouse. That project will be three to four times larger than the eyesore that sticks out like a sore thumb on Singleton Road.

Apparently, the council hasn’t seen all the vacant warehouses down the 10 and 210 freeways to Fontana and beyond just like they don’t know that roundabouts are used when more than two streets intersect. Yucaipa is so worried about methane gas that we have to sort our trash, yet they want to bring in a bunch of semis spewing diesel emissions. How are those semis going to get around the roundabouts? They’ll have them wrecked in no time. Any expenditures or projects over $20,000 need to be put to a vote of all the residents before the money is spent. It’s the only way to stop this insanity. There are plenty of elections to get things approved/disapproved.
