It’s a small town, in the heart of what at one time was known for its citrus, dairies, cattle and great horses. And, yet somehow it’s more than just a town.

It’s a time, a philosophy, and a way of life. Without everything our forefathers worked so hard to make it. It’s now a place with crime; corruption, lawlessness and our city leaders think it’s wonderful.

I can remember when horse shows didn’t cost the horseman their first born to use the horse show arena.

We had fellowship rides and in the 30’s had real rodeos. In the 40’s and 50’s people got along well.

Now its dog eat dog attitude and who can cheat who first. Watch your back. My, how things have changed.

It has the Los Angeles way of life, but our creator is watching. Soon, things will change.
