I have all the sympathy in the world for President Donald Trump in trying to fight the Denizens of the DC Swamp.

In 2001, none of our 17 intelligence agencies (we need 17 really?) were able to detect and stop the 9/11 attacks.

In 2003 all 17 intelligence agencies were sure, along with dumbo Secretary of State Colin Powell and the neocon cabal, that Saddam Hussein had WMD’s. Wrong again!

In 2008, no one in government saw the mortgage meltdown coming along with its disastrous effects on the economy for years to come.

And now we have the Coronavirus. With our myriad of national health agencies e.g., the CDC, NIH, HRSA, AHRQ, and the NIAID (led by the ridiculous Dr. Fauci, the Dr. Strangelove of 2020), we again failed to detect the approach of the virus. Now, Fauci is apparently too busy trying out for major league ball at 80 years old and is omnipresent in the adoring, idiotic media. What were these clowns doing late last year? Too busy watching the impeachment hearings or waiting for the never-erring WHO to proclaim the arrival of the virus?

No folks. DC as we know it is full of placeholders who mostly do very little. If Trump could have his way, I am sure he would eliminate many of these repetitive agencies full of patronage appointees. To that end, he is making a good start despite constant obstruction from the swamp. The swamp always craves more! Keep draining the swamp President Trump. Trump 2020.

This is pure nonsense. You expect humans to be perfect and to always get it right. You left out the many times they did protect us. Yes there is room for change and improvement in government. There always has been and always will be need to improve.

Donald Trump is going to lose the election by the largest landslide in modern history. He has destroyed my Republican party and has become the laughing stock of the world. Historians will list him among the 5 worst presidents ever. I look forward to the 2024 election when I hope the Republican party can put a intelligent and decent person on the ticket. It will be a nice change from Trump.
