Ralph Alexander Hall, 86, passed away on Oct. 10, 2019.
He was born in Keiser, Ark., on April 4, 1933,
Ralph devoted 26 years to military service in the Army and Air Force. While in the Army, he was an artillery specialist and instructed ROTC Cal-Poly students. At the rank of MSGT, he received the Air Force Achievement Medal along with the Meritorious Service Medal, excelling in strong leadership skills, which continued in his employment with the city of Redlands as Chief Constructor Inspector, retiring in 1991.
Ralph enjoyed golf, excelled at billiards. He was a true animal lover, devoted husband and father who will be sorely missed by all.
His stepson, Gene K.Williams preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Calimesa); three children - Stevan Hall (Banning), Angela Myers and Walter Hall (Cherry Valley), eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
Internment and Celebration of Life will be at Desert Lawn Cemetery, 11251 Desert Lawn Dr, Calimesa, on Nov. 14, at 10:30 a.m.
