Jack F. Dickey, 96, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019.
He was born April 26, 1923, in Twin Falls, Idaho. He graduated from Nebraska University with a BS in Business Administration.
Jack was in the Army Air Corps from 1944 to 1945 and stayed in the reserve for 20 years.
He moved to California in 1951 and married Rhonda E. Conner on Dec. 10, 1955. They resided in San Bernardino and he was self employed before working for the state until 1988 at which time they moved into their RV fulltime and for 20 years, traveled and served the Lord with Mobile Missionaries Assistance Program all over the United States. They did construction jobs at churches, orphanages, camps and mission organizations and met and worked with incredible people.
In 2008, Jack and his wife settled in Yucaipa.
Jack was preceded in death by his son Steve Dickey.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda E. Dickey of Yucaipa, son Jack Dickey Jr. of Oregon, daughter Diana Mason of Redlands, nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. at Valley Baptist Fellowship, 12323 Fifth St. in Yucaipa.
