Structure fire above the Chevron on Yucaipa Blvd and Avenue A. Started as a vehicle fire and spread to structure. Currently not contained. Further details to follow.

Update 2:35 p.m.: The home behind  Chevron Gas Station and convenience store on Yucaipa Boulevard was a landmark for some, with collectible signage outside and according to an anonymous person and unique artwork inside the house. On Thursday, Jan. 26, just before noon, the flames from a vehicle fire quickly spread to the car port  and eventually the roof and attic of the house. All of Yucaipa Cal Fire Units arrived on scene with the assistance of Redlands Fire Department and worked on knocking down the fire. There were no reported injuries.  The Chevron gas station was closed temporarily. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
