Family Promise to help fire victims

Family Promise of Yucaipa-Calimesa is working with Yucaipa Calimesa Joint Unified School District to provide services and assistance for families that have lost their home in the Sandalwood Fire. They will have a booth at the Local Assistance Center at the Calimesa Senior Center, 908 Park Ave. from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Please stop by and share with the group, how they can help. Family Promise Yucaipa-Calimesa is one of a nationwide affiliates that provides assistance to homeless families with school age children. It is in the process of recruiting host churches or organizations to assist in sheltering these families.
