Oak Glen Road

Oak Glen Road in Yucaipa was covered in mud after the storm on Monday, Sept. 12.

Oak Glen and mountain residents who have been impacted by recent flooding and debris flows should make plans to visit the Local Assistance Center in Yucaipa this Wednesday, Sept. 21.

Information will be available at the event about county, state, and federal resources that may provide help in the local recovery effort. No immediate assistance will be available on-site and the county cannot guarantee that relief funding will be available for all attendees. However, the Local Assistance Center will offer in-person guidance from a variety of departments that will be able to answer your questions that day.

The Local Assistance Center will be available at the Yucaipa Community Center on Wednesday, Sept. 21, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Residents who can't attend Wednesday's event can also direct questions to the County Resources Hotline. This service is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Hotline number is 1-909-356-2563.
